Introduction to Home Education

Beverley & Robin have again kindly offered up their time to provide a seminar introducing people to home schooling. It will be presented with people new to the idea of home education and those beginning to get their feet wet in mind. Beverley will speak on the many aspects of home education including what home schooling 'looks like', approaches to home education, finding support and advice as well as legal aspects such as registration.

Entry by $2 donation which will go towards tea, coffee and supper afterwards and a small thank you gift to Beverley and Robin for their time. Further information available below on parking, creche and children's activities, and volunteering on the night.
RSVP to kristy [at] netcraft.com.au or a call/sms to 0404 034 569 by 7pm Thursday 13 November please. Please RSVP as an indication of numbers and creche requirements so that we can best cater for all attendees. That said, RSVP is not required to attend this event.
Parking
Parking is available on the northern side of the building off Glen Osmond Road and also in a second car park on the other side of Avenue Road. Parking is in spots designated 'NetCraft Staff' only. Street parking is available also. For more information please refer to the Google map below.
Creche / Children's Activities
Creche facilities are available, however, we ask that you RSVP with an indication of how many children are either under six and over six so that we have an idea of numbers for volunteers. All food requirements for children will need to be provided by care giver. Games, toys and other activities will be provided on the night.
Volunteers
If you are an existing member of the home education community, parents and learners alike, you are encouraged to volunteer with registration and welcoming, and creche. If you are interested in sharing a little about your local group or home schooling environment that would be awesome too. If you cannot attend then we also welcome donations towards supper in the form of a small plate of snacks.
